My Best Find-- finally! at November 13, 2010 Worked great on my chin and neck area. Shaving makes facial hair growth worse, individual tweezing is too time-consuming, and going to a salon for electrolysis or laser is costly as it takes several visits over several months. Spent 20 minutes and cleared a lot of real estate. It is a bit discomforting but gets the job done a lot quicker, end result well worth the brief discomfort of the plucking.

Easy to use, great customer service at November 1, 2008 My husband bought me my first Epilady for Christmas about 5 or 6 years ago and it finally gave out on me, so I called Epilady and asked the rep about their newer models and the most effective way to use them... She recommended the Legend and I absolutely love it!! I've had it about a year now and couldn't be happier. The rep was so helpful too, she told me a few tips that might help others: take a hot shower or bath before to open your pores to make it easier and less painful for the hairs to be removed, the best time to epilate is before bed so all red dots are gone by the morning, and to be sure to get the right angle when using it... I have also found that using an icepack right after keeps the itching to a minimum and helps close the pores back immediately.. All in all, I always recommend Epilady to any of my friends or new women I meet, and definitely recommend it to you because its amazing.... and with such great customer service, if you have a problem they are more than happy to help!
