I was introduced to epilators by this product . i was so impressed that i bought another epilator(braun). I should say this has been working for me from last 3 years without a single problem but this braun epilator hardly stayed for 6 months.i am still impressed with this so i want to buy another emjoi to fit my requirement. this is worth every penny u give. this is a wonderful product
by Kimberly from USA	Great for Small Areas,Battery-Operated at April 1, 2010 This was the 1st epilator I ever purchased.I am now on my 2nd one.I like the fact that it is battery-operated as the re-chargeable types always seem to go bad and lose speed.It is small, but works well for facial areas, bikini areas, and for leg touch ups. However, I do find Emjoi to be a very customer-unfriendly company to work with and am looking for a larger unit for my legs made by someone else.

I often have to circle it around the on hair for ages before it will grab it. You have to hold your skin really taut for it to grab hairs. It seems to struggle with short hairs despite it's claim of removing hairs 0.5mm short. It is not very painful though. I used it on underarms and bikini line. It takes a while and is fustrating as it misses more hairs than it grabs. I rang sumbeam and they said it was my technique. You're better off spending a bit more & buying a Braun at least you get a money back guarantee.
