I bought it four days ago and expected it to hurt horribly the first time. I have thick leg hair and normally have stubble the very next day after I shave. Anyway, it barely hurt at all! I just got done touching up some spots that I missed the first time around and it caused no pain! It does not get every hair in one swipe and you may have to go over the same area a few times, but I would give it a good rating. My legs are smooth and staying that way longer than they ever did with shaving!! I just wish I had thought of using one of these years ago! |

Comment on Braun Silk Epil X'elle Body Epilation System posted by Lisa at 03-14-2008 It does a great job of epilation....but I've never had a problem with my Norelco/Phillips Satin Ice epilator (which lasted about three or four years) cutting me! When I do certain ...um, sensitive areas, it bit the skin and left me with several blood spots.......buyer beware. Great for legs, but don't even think of going near the "ladygarden" with this meanie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
